A-1. MOU CONSORTIUM FOR PERSONALIZED AND RELEVANT LEARNING EXPERIENCES (PEARLS) Approve a Memorandum of Understanding for Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA). This MOU constitutes an understanding between the consortium school districts and MCESA, as lead applicant, for participation in the consortium. This document describes the purpose of the consortium, its programmatic goals, its organizational and governance structure, and defines the terms and responsibilities of participation in the consortium.
