12. CONTRACT WITH CAREER SUCCESS SCHOOLS Approve a Contract between Career Success Schools(CSS) and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency (MCESA). This Contract outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties with regard to support Career Success Schools Technology needs and support. This Contract shall become effective from and after the date of its execution. The Contract renews automatically on July 1st of the ensuing year and expires June 30, 2017. This contract outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties with regard to support CSS’s Technology needs. Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA) will provide 1/4 time, or approximately 10 hours per week, Network Administrator to support CSS’s technology. The Maricopa County Education Service Agency will invoice CSS $1,625.00 Monthly for a one (1\4) time (approximately 10 hours per week) Network Administrator. The District agrees to pay within thirty (30) days of receiving the invoice for costs subject to this contract. (C-37-14-034-3-00)
