15. ONE-TIME ADDITION OF VEHICLES TO THE FLEET Approve a one-time addition of four (4) vehicles to the County fleet for the Education Service Agency. Funding will come from multiple sources within the Maricopa County Education Service Agency’s budget. Operating and maintenance costs for each vehicle are estimated to be $1,000 per year and will be paid from the existing MCESA operating budgets. The acquisition cost of all four vehicles is approximately $89,000. Per A.R.S. 42-17106, transfer FY 2013-14 expenditure appropriation in the amount of 35,000 from the Non-Departmental (470) Non-Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non-Recurring (0001) Potential Expenditures from Fund Balance line to Education Service Agency (370) Small School Fund (669) Non-Recurring/Non-Project (0001). Approval of this action will provide for the use of fund balance to purchase the vehicles. (C-37-14-035-M-00)
