23. ADDENDUM TO IGA WITH MORRISTOWN ELEMENTARY FOR ENGINEERING STEM IDENTITIES Approve an Addendum to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Morristown Elementary and Maricopa County through the Education Service Agency for the Engineering STEM Identities through the Investing In Innovation Program funded through the US Department of Education. The addendum adds the conflict waiver provision into the IGA so the County Attorney can provide service to both Maricopa County and the School Districts. (C-37-14-046-3-01)
