LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Approve a Letter of Understanding between the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and the Maricopa County Education Service Agency that establishes the roles and responsibilities of each party regarding the delivery of the county jail education program per Arizona statu t e 15-913.01.
