19. SOLE SOURCE FOR BATELLE FOR KIDS AWARD AND LINK SOFTWARE Approve a sole source procurement with Batelle For Kids (BFK) for the period of September 1, 2017 through December 31, 2021. The value of this procurement is $750,000. BFK is the only vendor of its kind that allows for a commercial, off the shelf software for the collection and verification of data for value added reports, job classifications and other data necessary to verify and calculate performance compensation awards.
