REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Approve an exception to the FY 2019 Budget Guidelines and Priorities allowing review of the request over baseline in the amount of $1,826,990 in the General Fund (100) Non-Recurring (NRNP) for the School District Financial System Maintenance Payment. This school district financial system processes all the financial information and warrants the School Superintendent’s Office is required to perform daily. Upon the renewal due date in FY 2014, the payment for the 5-year discounted renewal was budgeted for and made. For the FY2019 budget, the cost is $1,826,990 for the time period of 4.1.2019 - 6.30.2024. (C-37-18-006-3-00)
