18. IGA AND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR TECHNOLOGY SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Regional School District #509 (MCRSD) and Maricopa County through the County School Superintendent (MCSS). This Intergovernmental agreement outlines the responsibilities of each of the parties with regard to support MCRSD’s Technology needs. This Agreement shall become effective from and after the date of its execution. The IGA renews automatically on July 1st of the ensuing year and expires June 30, 2023. In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve an increase in revenue and expenditure authority for the Superintendent of Schools Department (370) School Communication Fund (782) Operating (OPER) for FY 2018-19 in the amount of $110,000. These funds are non-local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation and therefore, expenditure of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. (C-37-19-001-3-00)
