12. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING WITH MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE Approve a Letter of Understanding between the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and the Maricopa County School Superintendent that establishes the roles and responsibilities of each party regarding the delivery of the county jail education program per Arizona statute 15-913.01. This Understanding begins July 1, 2020 and expires on June 30, 2025 and may be terminated for any reason by any party upon thirty (30) days written notice of all parties. (C-37-20-017-6-00)
