14. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR COUNTY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT SCHOOL COMMUNICATION FUND Approve an FY 2021 one-time expenditure in the amount Not to exceed $1,428,035 from fund balance in the County School Superintendent’s School Communication Fund (782). Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of expenditure appropriation between Non Departmental (D470), Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) and the County School Superintendent (D370) School Communication Fund (782). This action will require the following budget adjustments: Approve an increase in the expenditure authority in the FY 2021 County School Superintendent (D370) School Communications Fund (782) Non-Recurring Non-Project (NRNP) in the amount of $1,428,035. Approve a decrease in the expenditure authority in FY 2021 Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" in the amount of $1,428,035. This expenditure adjustment will allow the County School Superintendent to utilize accumulated fund balance to respond to the needs of the Maricopa County Accommodation School District to support current programs and services. The approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-37-21-016-X-00)
