IGA BETWEEN THE ARIZONA COUNTY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT'S Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, on behalf of the Maricopa County School Superintendent, Apache County, on behalf of the Apache County School Superintendent, Cochise County, on behalf of the Cochise County School Superintendent, Coconino County, on behalf of the Coconino County School, Superintendent, Gila County, on behalf of the Gila County School Superintendent, Graham County, on behalf of the Graham County School Superintendent, Greenlee County, on behalf of the Greenlee County School Superintendent, La Paz County, on behalf of the La Paz County School Superintendent, Mohave County, on behalf of the Mohave County School Superintendent, Navajo County, on behalf of the Navajo County School Superintendent, Pima County, on behalf of the Pima County School Superintendent, Pinal County, on behalf of the Pinal County School Superintendent, Santa Cruz County, on behalf of the Santa Cruz County School Superintendent, Yavapai County, on behalf of the Yavapai County School Superintendent, and Yuma County, on behalf of the Yuma County School Superintendent. The purpose of this IGA is to continue the Arizona Association of County School Superintendents. The County School Superintendents provide services pursuant to A.R.S. 15-302 and the association is affiliated with the Arizona Association of Counties. This IGA shall become effective on November 15, 2021 and continue through November 14, 2031. (C-37-22-010-X-00)
