14. FY24 COUNTY SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following budget adjustment for Fiscal Year 2024: 1. Increase the expenditure budget for the County School Superintendent (D370) School Communication Fund (782) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $200,004. 2. Increase the expenditure budget for the County School Superintendent (D370) Educational Supplemental Program Fund (790) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $70,821. 3. Decrease the expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) Contingency (4711) in the line “Unassigned” by $270,825. The adjustment to Fund 782 is needed after reconciling invoices for the Maricopa County Financial System Services Consortium. The adjustment to Fund 790 is needed after reconciling invoices for grant reporting services provided by the Maricopa County School Superintendent’s Office. These budget adjustments do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-37-24-021-X-00)
