43. ACCEPT DONATION TO SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICE Accept a non-cash donation to the School Superintendent's Office from the Leadership Institute which will provide hotel accommodations, meals, guest speaker fees, and other associated costs for the presenters and participants for two 2-day trainings for current and aspiring school board members valued at approximately $60,000 each, with an estimated total value of $120,000 for fiscal year 2027. With this donation the school superintendent's office will facilitate trainings that cover school board members' statutory responsibilities, school district finance, special education law, media and communications, and current challenges facing school districts.
