43. MEDPRO CONTRACT EXTENSION FOR 2010 Approve an extension to the contract between MedPro and Maricopa County in the not-to-exceed amount of 1,000,000.00. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the current agreement for one additional year. This extension is effective from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect. (C-39-05-033-1-04)
