22. CONTRACT WITH EAST VALLEY PARTNERSHIP FOR NON-PROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUNDING Approve a Contract between East Valley Partnership and Maricopa County, administered by its Department of Business Strategies and Health Care Programs, for an amount not-to-exceed $15,000. The purpose of this Contract is to provide FY 2012 nonprofit economic development funding to the East Valley Partnership for the purposes of facilitating economic development in the East Valley, hosting a Growing Livable Communities Forum, and conducting regular economic development meetings. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (C-39-12-002-3-00)
