19. RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL REAPPOINTMENTS Approve the reappointment of Juan Carlos Perez, General Public Representative, and the appointment of Bruce Weiss, Service Provider Representative, Southwest Center for HIV, to the Ryan White Planning Council for three-year terms beginning November 1, 2011 through September 30, 2014. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the reappointment of Juan Carlos Perez, General Public Representative, and the appointment of Bruce Weiss, Service Provider Representative, Southwest Center for HIV, to the Ryan White Planning Council for three-year terms beginning November 1, 2011 through September 30, 2014.The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
