25. LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH WICKENBURG CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUNDING Approve a Letter of Agreement between Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce and Maricopa County administered by its Department of Business Strategies and Health Care Programs, in an amount not-to-exceed $3,000. The purpose of this Contract is to Provide FY 2012 nonprofit economic development funding to the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce to support the web-based “Tools for Business Success” program that assists small businesses with access to updated information regarding business topics, library reference materials, and web-based training or programs. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2011 until June 30, 2012. Also, approve use of the remaining $3,000 unallocated within the budget item for Economic Development Agency support for FY 2012 in Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating for the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce.
