13. RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL REAPPOINTMENTS/APPOINTMENTS Approve the reappointment of the following individuals to the Ryan White Planning Council for three year terms, effective March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2015: Eric Moore - Service Provider Representative, Ryan White Part C; Keith Thompson – Service Provider Representative, Phoenix Shanti Group; Randall Furrow – General Public Representative; Debby Elliott – Service Provider Representative, Care Directions; and Philip Seeger – Alternate for Debby Elliott. Additionally, approve the following new appointments to the Ryan White Planning Council for three year terms, effective March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2015: Penny Ellis – Institutional Representative, AHCCCS; Darrel Johnson – Institutional Representative, Pinal County Health Department; and Celina Sanchez – General Public Representative. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the reappointment of Eric Moore - Service Provider Representative, Ryan White Part C; Keith Thompson – Service Provider Representative, Phoenix Shanti Group; Randall Furrow – General Public Representative; Debby Elliott – Service Provider Representative, Care Directions; Philip Seeger – Alternate for Debby Elliott, to the Ryan White Planning Council for three-year terms beginning March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2015; and the appointment of Penny Ellis – Institutional Representative, AHCCCS; Darrel Johnson – Institutional Representative, Pinal County Health Department; and Celina Sanchez – General Public Representative, to the Ryan White Planning Council for three-year terms beginning March 1, 2012 through February 28, 2015. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
