14. AMENDMENT TO IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY THROUGH THE RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM AND MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT D/B/A MARICOPA INTEGRATED HEALTH SYSTEM Approve Amendment No. 6 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Special Health Care District d/b/a Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) and Maricopa County through the Business Strategies and Health Care Programs, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,468,031. This Intergovernmental Agreement is funded by a grant from Health Services Resources Administration, (CFDA93.914). The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to continue providing Core Medical and Support Services ( to Ryan White Part A clients in Ryan White Part A Fiscal Year 2012 (March 1, 2012 – February 28, 2013). This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from March 01, 2012 until February 28, 2013. (C-39-12-027-3-00)
