35. CONTRACT WITH WESTMARC FOR NON-PROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FUNDING Approve a Contract between Western Maricopa Coalition, Inc. dba WESTMARC (WESTMARC) and Maricopa County, administered by its Department of Business Strategies and Health Care Programs, in an amount not to exceed $15,000. The purpose of this contract is to provide FY 2013 nonprofit economic development funding to WESTMARC for the purposes of enhancing and strengthening the employment base of Western Maricopa County by convening economic meetings and promoting agencies and groups within the area as well as groups looking to relocate to the area. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2012 until June 30, 2013. (C-39-13-008-3-00)
