37. CONTRACT WITH WICKENBURG CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUNDING Approve a Contract between Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce and Maricopa County administered by its Department of Business Strategies and Health Care Programs, in an amount not-to-exceed $3,000. The purpose of this Contract is to Provide FY 2013 nonprofit economic development funding to the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce to support the web-based “Tools for Business Success” program that assists small businesses with access to updated information regarding business topics, library reference materials, and web-based training or programs. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2012 until June 30, 2013. Also, approve use of the $3,000 unallocated within the budget item for Economic Development Agency support for FY 2013 in Business Strategies and Health Care Programs (390) General Fund (100) Operating for the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce.
