37. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the reappointment of Lucio Amado, General Public Representative, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2015. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the reappointment of Lucio Amado, General Public Representative, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective November 1, 2012 through October 31, 2015. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individual listed above represents a membership category consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
