20. AMENDMENT TO IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY THROUGH THE RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM AND MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT D/B/A MARICOPA INTEGRATED HEALTH SYSTEM. Approve Amendment No. 7 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Special Health Care District d/b/a Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) and Maricopa County through the Department of Business Strategies and Health Care Programs, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,935,000. This Intergovernmental Agreement is funded by a grant from Health Services Resources Administration, (CFDA93.914) The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to continue providing Core Medical and Support Services (Ryan White Part A clients in Ryan White Part A Fiscal Year 2013 (March 1, 2013 - February 28, 2014). This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from March 1, 2013 until February 28, 2014. (C-39-13-030-2-00)
