35. REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the reappointment of : Cheri Tomlinson – Service Provider, Maricopa Integrated Health System; Deborah Frusciano – Institutional Member, Phoenix Children’s Hospital; Kimberly Bickes, Alternate for Deborah Frusciano; and Maclovia Morales – Service Provider Representative, Chicanos por la Causa T o the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective March 1, 2013 through February 28, 2016. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the reappointment of Cheri Tomlinson – Service Provider, Maricopa Integrated Health System; Deborah Frusciano – Institutional Member, Phoenix Children’s Hospital; Kimberly Bickes, Alternate for Deborah Frusciano; and Maclovia Morales – Service Provider Representative, Chicanos por la Causa, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term each, effective March 1, 2013 through February 28, 2016. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
