22. REVISIONS TO THE RYAN WHITE PART A PLANNING COUNCIL BYLAWS Approve revisions to the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Part A Planning Council (Planning Council), effective upon the date of the Board of Supervisor’s approval. In compliance with HRSA regulations, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appointed the Ryan White Part A Planning Council to set priorities and determine resource allocations for services funded by the federal Ryan White legislation. The original Planning Council drafted Bylaws to govern their activities, which were approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 5, 1996. The current Ryan White Planning Council has drafted minor revisions to these Bylaws to more accurately reflect the current tasks of the Council, eliminate outdated titles and descriptions, and update the glossary.
