EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SETTLEMENT CASE NO 13302092 1) Approve the lien reduction and third-party recovery of $2,500.00 in Employee Benefits Subrogation Case No 13302092 for medical and related claims. Total claims paid were $186,924.89. The Employee Benefits Trust paid $186,924.89 in medical and related claims for a covered individual who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Due to limited settlement proceeds from the third party claim, the Board is requested to approve the compromise of the Plan’s medical lien in the amount of $2,500.00.
