35. IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR PAYMENT FOR SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES’ BENEFITS Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Department of Administration and Maricopa County through the Department of Employee Benefits and Health. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to provide for Superior Court Judges in Maricopa County to participate in State Benefits in lieu of County benefits, with County reimbursement for the employer cost of the State benefits. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2013 until June 30, 2014. (C-39-14-007-2-00)

38. AMENDED IGA WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR PAYMENT FOR SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES’ BENEFITS Approve Amendment No. 01 to a(n) Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Department of Administration (KR13-0101) and Maricopa County through the Employee Benefits in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000. The purpose of this amendment is to (First) extend the term of the IGA and removes outdated references; (Second) states that Judges who take a State benefit do not receive the corresponding County benefit with a County subsidy. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-39-14-007-2-01)
