A-2. REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the reappointment of Robert Solis – General Public Representative; Rebecca Barnett – Institutional Member, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2016. Additionally, approve the following reappointments for alternates to the Ryan White Planning Council: Edward Ornelas, Alternate for Maclovia Morales, Service Provider Representative, Chicanos por la Causa, for the remainder of Maclovia's term (February 28, 2016); Boni Lowney, Alternate for Cheri Tomlinson, Service Provider Representative, Ryan White Part D, for the remainder of Cheri’s term (February 28, 2016). Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the reappointment of Robert Solis – General Public Representative; Rebecca Barnett – Institutional Member, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term each, effective December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2016 and reappointments for alternates Edward Ornelas, Alternate for Maclovia Morales, Service Provider Representative, Chicanos por la Causa, for the remainder of Maclovia's term (February 28, 2016); Boni Lowney, Alternate for Cheri Tomlinson, Service Provider Representative, Ryan White Part D, for the remainder of Cheri’s term (February 28, 2016). The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
