42. REVISIONS TO THE BYLAWS FOR RYAN W HITE PART A PLANNING COUNCIL Approve an amendment to the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Part A Planning Council (Planning Council), Section 7: Terms. The amendment clarifies the length of the term of members, and amends the guidelines regarding reappointments. This amendment will be effective upon Board of Supervisors’ approval. In compliance with HRSA regulations, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appointed the Planning Council to set priorities and determine resource allocations for services funded by the federal Ryan White legislation. The original Planning Council drafted Bylaws to govern their activities. The current Planning Council has drafted revisions to these Bylaws to clarify and amend guidelines regarding members’ terms.
