19. REAPPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATIONS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following reappointment of Cynthia Trottier – General Public Representative, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2017. Accept the resignations of the following individuals from the Ryan White Part A Planning Council: Len Stewart as a service provider, effective February 28, 2014 Kimberly Yellow Robe as an Institutional member, effective March 31, 2014 Norman Wagner as a General Public Representative, effective March 31, 2014. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the appointment of Cynthia Trottier – General Public Representative, for a three year term effective September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2017. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
