28. REAPPOINTMENTS AND RESIGNATIONS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following reappointment of Debby Elliott – Service Provider; Eric Moore - Service Provider; Penny Ellis - Institutional Member; Randall Furrow - General Public; Philip Seeger - Alternate for Debby Elliott; and Greg Scaggs - Alternate for Eric Moore, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective March 1, 2015 through February 28, 2018. Accept the resignations of the following individuals from the Ryan White Part A Planning Council: Carla Chee, effective November 14, 2014 Deborah Frusciano, effective January 8, 2015. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the reappointment of Debby Elliott – Service Provider; Eric Moore - Service Provider; Penny Ellis - Institutional Member; Randall Furrow - General Public; Philip Seeger - Alternate for Debby Elliott; and Greg Scaggs - Alternate for Eric Moore, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective March 1, 2015 through February 28, 2018. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
