18. RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS Approve the following new appointments to the Ryan White Planning Council for three year terms, effective on the date of the BOS approval: Jeremy Hayden - General Public Representative; and James Pennington, General Public Representative. Approve the reappointments of Ken Bethel – General Public Representative; and Jonathan Harris, General Public Representative, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2018; correct the record to reflect that Council members Lisa Fuentes and Guillermo Velez are full members, not alternates. Accept the resignations of the following individuals from the Ryan White Part A Planning Council: Maclovia Morales, effective April 9, 2015 Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the appointment of Jeremy Hayden - General Public Representative, and Jeremy Hayden, General Public Representative, each for a three year term, effective on the date of the BOS approval; the reappointment of Ken Bethel – General Public Representative and Jonathan Harris, General Public Representative, to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2018. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
