32. NEW APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENT, AND RESIGNATION TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following new appointments to the Ryan White Planning Council for three year terms, effective on the date of the BOS approval: Jimmy Borders – Ryan White Part B Representative; and Pilar Vargas, Alternate for Guillermo Velez, Service Provider, Chicanos Por La Causa. Approve the reappointment of Jennifer Bullock – General Public Representative to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2018. Accept the resignation of Lisa Fuentes, effective May 8, 2015, from the Ryan White Part A Planning Council. Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the appointment of Jimmy Borders – Ryan White Part B Representative; and Pilar Vargas, Alternate for Guillermo Velez, Service Provider, Chicanos Por La Causa, each for a three year term, effective on the date of the BOS approval; the reappointment of Jennifer Bullock – General Public Representative to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three year term, effective September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2018. The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
