37. APPOINTMENT, CORRECTION AND RESIGNATIONS TO RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the appointment of Calicia White, Alternate for Abdul Hasan, Service Provider, Ebony House, to the Ryan White Planning Council for the remainder of Abdul’s term (March 31, 2017). Correct the record to reflect that Alternate Council Member Pilar Vargas’ term should end February 28, 2016. Accept the resignations of the following individuals from the Ryan White Part A Planning Council: Jeremy Hayden, effective August 25, 2015 John Welch, effective August 27, 2015 Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the appointment of Calicia White, Alternate for Abdul Hasan, Service Provider, Ebony House, for the remainder of Abdul’s term (March 31, 2017). The Membership Committee of the Ryan White Planning Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
