1. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SETTLEMENT Consider a third-party recovery settlement in the Employee Benefits Case No. 18363337 for medical and related claims. The Employee Benefits Trust paid medical and related claims for a covered individual who alleged to have been injured as a result of medical malpractice. A third-party recovery was obtained from the alleged tortfeasor by the injured party. This item was heard in executive session on February 1, 2016 and February 17, 2016. (C-39-16-017-2-00)
