RESIGNATIONS TO THE RYAN WHITE PART A PLANNING COUNCIL Approve and accept the resignations of the following individuals to the Ryan White Part A Planning Council, effective January 1, 2017: Cindy Quenneville James Pennington Jessica Fotinos Julie Rosen Nicole Turcotte Penny Ellis Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council Members, we recommend removing the above appointed members due to resignation.
