34. REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE OFFICE OF ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), approve an increase in revenue and expenditures for the Office of Enterprise Technology (410) Telecommunications Fund (681) Operating (0000) for Fiscal Year 2009-10 in the amount of $2,000,000. This increase is due to the increased demand in customer driven work orders and carrier services provided. Revenue from charges for parts and services will offset the increased expense. This adjustment will require offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments to Elimination Department (980) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (0000) of $2,000,000, resulting in a countywide impact of zero. Also, approve a transfer of expenditure authority increasing the expenditure appropriation in the Office of Enterprise Technology (410) Telecommunications Fund (681) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) for Fiscal Year 2009-10 in the amount of $1,000,000 and decreasing the expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (470) Grant Fund (249) Non Recurring/Non Project (0001) for Fiscal Year 2009-10 in the amount of $1,000,000. This adjustment is necessary to complete the restoration of the White Tank Radio facility after it was destroyed by fire. (C-41-10-017-2-00)
