22. SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT INCREASE WITH TECHNOLOGY STAFFING SOLUTIONS FOR ADP AND PEOPLESOFT SUPPORT Approve a $183,375 increase in the Sole Source contract with Technology Staffing Solutions for contractor Matt Brinkman ($110,639 to $294,014). This contractor has specific corporate knowledge and ADP/PeopleSoft expertise that is critical to the ongoing operational support for ADP production and PeopleSoft in its read-only state. In addition, this contractor is essential for providing ADP/PeopleSoft knowledge transfer to County staff. This action is necessary to provide continued subject matter expert support to ADP and PeopleSoft during the first year of ADP implementation. (C-41-11-005-M-02)
