SOLE SOURCE WITH TELECOM RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL, INC (TRI) TO PROJECT MANAGE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER, TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM Approve a Sole Source purchase with TRI to provide Project Management and Business/Technical Analysis professional services in the execution of 10065 CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER, TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM for an amount not-to-exceed $1,500,000 over three years; this system will be an enterprise implementation. OET and Materials Management believe that a sole source is justified based on prior knowledge of County business requirements by TRI who scoped our requirements and assisted County in negotiating and establishing the system purchase/implementation contract with the system vendor. 37. AMENDMENT TO THE AUTHORIZED ESTIMATED BUDGETARY EXPENDITURE LIMIT WITH TELECOM RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL Approve an increase to the expenditure amount authorized on Contract No.11014-SS, with Telecom Resources International (TRI) for $333,000, to fund additional project management and professional services and products contract until June 30, 2016. The project budget remains the same and the net impact of this action on the previously approved FY 2015-16 budget is $0. This action complies with the budget guidelines in A.R.S. 42-17105.
