50. U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE AMENDMENT FOR SPECIAL – USE AUTHORIZATION AMENDMENT Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute U. S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service Amendment for Special–Use Authorization Amendment #: 1 and all other documents need to allow the County to replace a communication tower, generator and ice canopy at Mt. Ord, authorized under agenda C-41-11-009-1-00. This amendment allows Maricopa County the right to modify the existing site to support wireless communication equipment at the Mt. Ord site, authorized under C-41-11-009-1-00, on Tonto National Forest land. This amendment will support the implementation of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. All funding for costs associated with the construction, installation and start-up of wireless communication equipment are part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project budget (C-73-13-077-7-00). This agenda item also authorizes the Chairman to sign other documents that may be required by U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service as part of this Amendment No. 1. (C-41-11-009-1-01)
