43. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR SHARING NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement and Site-Specific Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between the City of Phoenix and Maricopa County through the Office of Enterprise Technology. The Intergovernmental Agreement is for the purpose of sharing network infrastructure and locating this infrastructure on real property owned by the City and County. This Intergovernmental Agreement is non-financial and is effective from May 21, 2008 until May 31, 2018. The Site-Specific Supplemental Agreement that is associated with this Intergovernmental Agreement is to permit the County to use existing City of Phoenix underground conduit in City right-of-way for the installation of fiber optic cabling. 32. SITE SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2 TO MASTER IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR SHARING OF TELECOMMUNICATION AND NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute all documents associated with Site Specific Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Master Intergovernmental Agreement (Master IGA) G-30140 with the City of Phoenix (City) to allow the County to install, operate, and maintain communication facilities on City property. This Site Specific Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to Master IGA G-30140 allows the County to install, operate, and maintain single-mode fiber optic cable from the County Board of Supervisor’s Auditorium at 205 W. Jefferson Street in Phoenix, Arizona, through the City Council Chambers Building at 200 W. Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona, and the City Calvin Goode Building at 251 W. Washington, Phoenix, Arizona, and on to the City Channel 11 studio at 140 N. 3rd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona. This Site Specific Supplemental Agreement No. 2 is in accord with a Master IGA G-30140 between the County and the City that was approved under Agenda Item C-41-13-002-3-00. (C-41-13-002-3-01)
