17. IGA WITH THE CITY OF AVONDALE FOR DIGITAL AERIAL ORTHO-PHOTOGRAPHY DATA SHARING Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) OET 2012A001 between the Maricopa County Office of Enterprise Technology and the City of Avondale (City). The purpose of this Agreement is to define the roles and responsibilities of the County and City for the cost sharing and data sharing of Digital Aerial Ortho-Photography. Information acquired from the PROJECT will be used to accurately depict features on the ground as of the date of flight. Uses include parcel valuation by the Assessor’s Office and floodplain determinations by the Flood Control District. The approximate County charge to the City will be $6,300 per year, for a total charge of $37,800 over the six (6) year term of the PROJECT. The term of this agreement is three years with an option to extend the agreement an additional three years. (C-41-13-007-M-00)
