27. RECONFIGURATION PLANNING PHASE AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA Approve a Reconfiguration Planning Phase Agreement (RPPA) between Maricopa County and Motorola. The results of this planning stage will be an implementation plan to migrate to different 800 MHz frequencies within the assigned public safety spectrum and to develop an Implementation Agreement that will define the parties’ respective obligations regarding implementation, including Nextel’s obligation to pay for reasonable costs incurred in effecting the implementation. Cost associated with this agreement will not exceed $300,000 and Nextel/Sprint will reimburse Motorola for work related to this plan. (C-41-14-008-M-00)
