47. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT WITH PRAGMATICA, LLC Approve a Competition Impracticable contract for Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) with Pragmatica, LLC to provide maintenance and support that is needed for JWI (Justice Web Interface), CHD (Criminal History and Dispositions worksheet), CCN (Common Case Number), and e-Warrants (Electronic Warrant Processing). All of these applications are internal to ICJIS, owned by Maricopa County, were developed by Pragmatica, and are used by over 2,400 users in Maricopa County (Sheriff’s Office, County Attorney, Superior Court, Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, the Office of Public Defense Services and the Clerk of the Court). The contract will have a term of one year with an option to renew annually over a five year period as agreed to by both parties. Total cost for services in year one of this contract is not-to-exceed $240,000. (C-41-15-001-M-00)

IT CONSULTING SERVICES FOR INTEGRATED CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM, (14065-CI) Approve the Renewal of a Competition Impracticable Contract with Pragmatica, LLC with an effective date of August 1, 2017. This Contract provides IT consulting services. ICJIS uses this contract for the support and maintenance of the Justice Web Interface (JWI), Criminal History and Dispositions Worksheet (CHD), and electronic warrant processing. This Contract is being renewed for a term of one year thru July 31, 2018. The remaining Master Agreement balance in Advantage 3x of $3,047 is not sufficient to cover anticipated spend thru the end of this new term, so $250,000 needs to be added to the Contract award value.
