5. PROCLAMATION FOR CYBER SECURITY AWARENESS MONTH - OCTOBER 2014 Approve and proclaim the month of October 2014 Cyber Security Awareness Month in Maricopa County. October 2014 celebrates the 11th Annual National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM). This is a collective effort among the Center for Internet Security Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS0ISAC) (of which Maricopa County is a member), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the National Cyber Security Alliance, and the National Association of State Chief Information Officers. The program increases awareness through a theme based approach, encouraging private and public industries to create awareness around cyber security during the month of October. (C-41-15-004-M-00)
