47. LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH IBM FOR SOFTWARE SERVICES Approve the lease/purchase agreement between Integrated Criminal Justice Information Systems (ICJIS) and IBM for Software Services. The agreement allows for ICJIS to pay for the software services in 12 payments equaling $174,000. Payments will span through FY2015 and FY2016 and are included in current operating budget.
