36. OPERATING CONTINGENCY TRANSFER TO OET MAJOR MAINTENANCE In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106(B), authorize a transfer of expenditure authority in an amount not-to-exceed $1,776,000 by decreasing the Non-Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Operating (0000) Reserved Contingency (4711) line and increasing Enterprise Technology (410) General Fund (100) Enterprise Data Center System (EDC0) appropriation. Funding for this purpose was reserved in contingency. Also, direct the Office of Management and Budget to increase the recommended FY2016 Office of Enterprise Technology Operating Major Maintenance budget in the amount of $2,736,000. The County signed a Master Services Agreement with IO Phoenix One, LLC on October 2, 2014 for purposes of providing colocated data center services. This action will result in the appropriation of funds to pay for those services for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2015. (C-41-15-006-M-00)
