35. AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT A OF CONTRACT WITH IO PHOENIX ONE, LLC Authorize Amendment No.1 to Attachment A of contract with IO Phoenix One, LLC thus replacing the billing commencement date of September 30, 2014 with November 1, 2014. The County signed a Master Services Agreement with IO Phoenix One, LLC on October 2, 2014. That agreement reflected a billing commencement date of September 30, 2014. This is a contractual correction to amend the billing commencement date to November 1, 2014, which is in the County’s favor. (C-41-15-007-M-00)
