A-5. ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR VMWARE Approve an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) for VMWare for necessary licenses and support for software utilized for the virtualization of servers. The ELA is for a term of 3 years at a total cost of $2,959,138.19. Also approve the ability to finance this ELA with USBank as per the agreement attached, and subject to the County Attorney’s approval of final documents. Finance costs are estimated at $64,480.81. This ELA will provide OET and participating departments within the County with VMWare software and support at a negotiated discount due to the extensive nature of utilization of VMWare in effectively managing data center costs.
