40. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY In accordance with A.R.S. Section 42-17106(B), approve the transfer of Operating and Non Recurring expenditure authority between the Non Departmental Grants Fund and the Technology Infrastructure Fund in the amount of $1,012,000 and $300,000 respectively, also approve an increase in the Operating Revenue Budget of the Technology Infrastructure Fund. a) This action will require an adjustment increasing the FY 2016 Office of Enterprise Technology (410) Technology Infrastructure Fund (681) Operating (0000) revenue budget by $788,000; b) This action will also require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing the FY 2016 Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (0000) by $1,012,000 and increasing the FY 2016 Office of Enterprise Technology (410), Technology Infrastructure Fund (681), Operating (0000) by $1,800,000; c) This action will also require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing the FY 2016 Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring (0001) by an amount not to exceed $300,000 and increasing FY 2016 Office of Enterprise Technology (410), Technology Infrastructure Fund (681) Non Recurring (0001) by an amount not to exceed $300,000; d) Also offsetting revenue and expenditures adjustments in County Eliminations (980) Elimination Fund (900) Operating (0000) in the amount of $788,000. These increases are due to the increased demand in customer driven work orders and carrier provided services as well as increased voice network infrastructure expenditures. The additional revenue from charges for parts and services and the Technology Infrastructure Fund (681) fund balance will offset some of the increased expenditures, and the remainder will come from fund balance. Approval of this action will allow the Office of Enterprise Technology to meet the expenditure obligations in FY 2016. (C-41-16-014-M-00)
